Today, we're happy to introduce our new Integrated Ticket Support System, an infrastructure designed to bring our team and community even closer together.
How Does It Work?
You can contact our support team directly through either the Trickster Revival website or our Discord server.
And this is where our technology makes a difference.
Instead of maintaining two separate support systems, we developed an advanced infrastructure that connects website and Discord support into one centralized system.
This means you are free to choose whichever platform you prefer when contacting us, while our team can manage and follow support requests through the same infrastructure.

Technology Designed Around You
From the beginning, we have wanted Trickster Revival to be about more than simply bringing Caballa Island back online.
We are building an entire infrastructure around the game with the player experience at its core.
Our website, community, support services, and the different systems surrounding Trickster Revival are being developed to work more closely together as the project continues to evolve.
Our new ticket system is part of that philosophy.
You shouldn't have to worry about which platform you need to use when you need assistance. Choose whichever one is most convenient for you and let our infrastructure handle the rest.
When Should I Open a Ticket?
Our support system can be used whenever you need direct or private assistance from our team, including:
